10. We will strive to maintain effective lines of communication within Department of Personnel Management and with our clients.
11. We will develop and implement programs which will attract, motivate and retain employees who demonstrate professional competence and integrity in performing their jobs.
12. We expect to provide quality training, orientation, and technical assistance to prepare Navajo Nation employees to meet challenges of the changing work environment.
13. We expect to achieve results. Continuous improvement is to be a daily objective.
14. We must encourage and support a teamwork environment and a dedication to making it happen.
15. We will strive to provide adequate work space and equipment for DPM employees.
